Aspire Deployment: Course Updates (coming soon)

Just wanted to share something I'm working on as we're getting closer to the .NET 9 release.

I'm working on a brand new chapter for my courses about integrating .NET Aspire and using it to deploy your application to the cloud.

So how does this work?

With a few CLI commands, you can create an Azure resource group that contains all the application's services.

Here's an example from the Modular Monolith course microservices application:

A Container Apps Environment acts like a private virtual network where we can run our services. The services run as containers using Container Apps, which allows us to do some interesting things. For example, we can easily scale up the API (modules) on demand or implement Blue/Green deployment.

You also get the Aspire dashboard deployed out of the box with structured logging and distributed tracing:

The .NET Aspire code is pretty intuitive for this setup. Here's the code for setting up the microservices application with two APIs and an API gateway:
