New AWS CMO: The new Amazon Web Services chief marketing officer, Julia White, is well-known in the tech industry and the Seattle community as a Microsoft executive for nearly 20 years. She worked most recently as CMO and executive board member at SAP. Matt Garman, the AWS CEO, announced White’s appointment internally Monday. Read more.
