A Bluesky Post for Thought
Yesterday I (finally) started a Bluesky account. I couldn't stand Mastodon and its weird separate server nonsense. Bluesky, as many have pointed out, feels very much like early Twitter. I'm still going to be on X, but I think I'll try out Bluesky a little more in the coming weeks/months.
If you'd like to do the same, I created a Bluesky follower "Starter Pack" (a cool feature!) called Party Like It's 2009 Twitter. So you can instantly follow 150 web developers without the need to start from scratch looking for interesting tech people to follow.
Send Me Your Tools!
Made something? Reply to this email or send links via Direct Message on X or via chat on Bluesky (details here). No tutorials or articles, please. If you have any suggestions for improvement or corrections, feel free to reply to this email.
Before I Go...
When I saw the URL I assumed Apple Rankings was some kind of crowdfunded ratings website for iPhones, iPads, etc. But nope, it's literally a website that ranks different types of actual apples. Each apple gets a rating out of 100 and a Rotten Tomatoes-like review. Spoiler: the SweeTango Apple is the highest rated apple while the Newtown Pippin Apple (and its hilarious nickname) is the worst.
Thanks to everyone for subscribing and reading!
Keep tooling,
Louis
