• The bio on my website needs an overhaul. I’m saving this template and examples book to help me write my own.

• I published a chapter in the book Person-Centered Management. My author’s copy arrived. Putting this on my work reading list.

• I can’t remember the last time I received a home decor catalog, but I do recall the Restoration Hardware one being a behemoth. I’m intrigued to read, “Why the Restoration Hardware Catalog Won’t Die.”

• Whilst watching some football, a trailer for Carry-On popped up. Not sure their marketing it as a “holiday movie” is a good move, but it went on our to watch list.

• My in-laws said that Ghosts was hysterical. There are only a few comedies on our series list, so this will be a nice addition.

• The Husband discovered something fun to do with the kiddo before the holidays: a ride on the Polar Express. We’re going to do the one local to us, but a quick Google tells me these are available all over the place.

• Our open enrollment wraps up in a few days. While I’ve figured out all the main things, I can’t seem to make additional contributions to my retirement fund. Our HR system is a pain to navigate and one of my colleagues recommended someone to work with. I’m going to set up an appointment with them.

• It’s “eat down the fridge and freezer before the holidays” season. We have an inordinate amount of bananas in there. Time to make a few loaves of banana bread. (I often just omit the chocolate from that recipe.)

• We put together an advent calendar for our kiddo every year. We should probably figure out what to fill it with…
