The Tokyo government just announced it will implement a 4 day week for it's staff in an effort to raise the country's low fertility rates. 👶

(yes, you read that right)

Starting in April 2025, Tokyo government workers will get 3 days off per week. 🤯

Tokyo is the largest city in the world by population (37M), so this is kinda like a country announcing that their entire government is switching to a 4 day week...
