Arthur Croft’s blood donations have saved the lives of thousands of women and children in New South Wales.

Croft is one of just 170 Australians capable of producing the anti-D antibody, essential for preventing RH disease in pregnancies where a mother’s blood type is negative and the baby’s is positive.

As part of the Australian Red Cross Lifeblood anti-D program, Croft donates blood every two weeks and travels to Sydney every six months for booster shots.

He has donated blood 500 times, and each of his donations produces over a thousand antidotes, helping prevent stillbirths and complications for mothers and babies across the state.

Rewarding selfless acts of kindness have become the hallmark of YouTuber Zachery Dereniowski, aka @mdmotivator.

In his latest video, Dereniowski visits a Home Depot in Ontario, where he approaches employee David Frank, asking for a dollar to buy a bolt while pretending to have left his wallet at home.

Frank, who recently turned 100 and gained recognition as “Home Depot’s Oldest Employee” not only covered the cost himself but personally escorted Dereniowski to the correct aisle to help him find the right bolt.

Dereniowski then surprised Frank with $1,000, which Frank said he plans to pay forward.

When later asked about the secret to a long life, Frank shared his heartfelt advice: “Treat the world like your family. Be nice to them. Be sensible. That’s all.”

A Nebraskan cowboy on horseback wrangled up a heroic performance when he saved a baby trapped in a dangerously hot car.

While preparing for the second round of a roping tournament in Bertrand, Nebraska, Edgar Estrada heard faint cries. He trotted toward the sounds on his trusty horse, FJ, and discovered a baby locked inside a hot car.

Estrada pulled out a knife, pried down the window, and opened the door. He then moved the child to an air-conditioned area and alerted onsite first responders.

“I just took action,” he said, adding that he was told the baby is doing well and living in a foster home.

Harvard Study: These 3 Foods Could Fight Memory Loss, Says Boston MD

Why do some seniors maintain razor-sharp memory while others struggle to remember basic things? A groundbreaking Harvard study suggests it's not about age—it's about what's on your plate.

Boston physician Dr. George Karanastasis has identified three specific foods that could be the key to fighting memory loss. "Your brain needs specific nutrients to create new cells and maintain cognitive function," explains Dr. K. "Without these nutrients, your brain literally starts to starve, leading to those embarrassing senior moments."

The consequences? Walking into rooms and forgetting why you're there. Getting lost on familiar routes. Struggling to remember names of people you've known for years.

But here's the good news: Dr. K has developed a simple protocol requiring no major lifestyle changes—just adding three specific foods back into your diet. His breakthrough discovery has already helped thousands reclaim their mental clarity.

"The transformation I've seen in folks is remarkable," says Dr. K. "Family members often notice the difference before they themselves do."

Ready to discover these memory-boosting foods? Watch Dr. K's presentation now and learn how to help your brain stay as young as your spirit.
