Supply chain software Siena Analytics was an early adopter with AI years ago.

“Initially analytics and later on AI were not well understood by our customers, causing them to be apprehensive at times,” said co-founder John Dwinell. “We invested heavily in educating our clients.”

Dwinell launched the company in 2013 with his wife, Pam Gianetti.

With extensive experience in logistics automation, they identified a critical need: “There just was no good way to get a complete and accurate understanding of what inventory was in the warehouse, what condition it was in or even where it was located,” Dwinell told Authority Magazine.
