Yesterday, I emailed you because I'm looking for 2-3 agencies who don't have time create engaging social posts, write email marketing campaigns, or do outreach for themselves.

Here's how I came across this campaign. I got an email from their CEO:

Subject: Quick reminder: Reclaim your old content’s traffic

When I opened the email, essentially it talked about the pain of old content traffic going away, and it mentioned their free tool to spot and fix this in your blog posts.

Simple. But a painful problem for their many clients. It presented the problem and gave a simple free solution that could help.

Next here's what that looked like.

When you click on the free tool in their email, here's what the landing page looked like:

Again, on point.

Talking about the same exactly pain point.

Now, the tool is pretty simple. Something that a lot of agencies could easily put together.

However, for most agencies you don't even need to go that far. Something like a free download or report is enough to get leads.

It doesn't have to be a complicated. Here's what the report generated from this tool looks like:

This could have easily been a spreadsheet or some other download like a PDF guide for figuring this out.

(That's one of the first things I'd help you figure out for your agency and brand if we worked together.)

Now, why is creating a lead magnet like this so important? Because now you can create a simple email campaign to follow up with these leads.

That's exactly what Animalz does next.

Using their free tool triggers a simple series of helpful emails continuing to educate and provide value, while also giving you the opportunity to reach out if you need help from their agency.

To top it off, they've now created an asset that they can promote on social media like LinkedIn.

Social posts:

With something like this, you could even run advertising to boost the reach of this social post.

Now, Animalz specializes in creating content. So their strategy is going to be pretty dialed in.

However, there's no reason why your design agency couldn't pull of the same thing. All you need is to reach out to this email. I'll be writing more about DIY-ing this strategy ... but if you're:
