I. Remember to Fill Your Glass Too

Stop pouring so freely. You're giving so much that by the time you reach for your own glass, there’s nothing left.

Pour into yourself first—set your glass aside.
Then pour into others.

We’re running dry, trying to water everyone else while neglecting our own home—our mind, body, and soul.

Leading, loving, and serving from an empty glass isn’t a badge of honor. Prioritizing your well-being, mental health, self-care, and rest isn’t selfish—it’s essential. It’s what allows us to show up more fully in the spaces we navigate, bringing the energy and presence needed to create the transformational impact we’re meant to cultivate.

II. Mistakes: Your Coffin or Your Classroom?

Your mistakes will do two things. They will either be a coffin or a classroom. We will all make mistakes, but how we respond to them determines our character.

Next time you make a mistake, will it be a coffin—or a classroom?
Will it be something you learn from—or something that buries you?

It's important for us to establish that everybody makes mistakes. Everybody will have things that they regret in their life. Mistakes will happen—it’s our character in how we respond that reveals the most.

III. Not Your Weight to Carry

Let them get you wrong. Let them misread you. Let them misunderstand you. Let them twist your intentions. Cause that’s not your weight to carry.

You weren’t put here to be easily explained. You weren’t made to fit into their little box of expectations.
Some people will never see you the way that you see yourself. And that’s okay. Because the ones that get you, they won’t need you to explain. They’ll just know.
So stop exhausting yourself, trying to prove your heart to people that are so committed to misunderstanding it. Stop shrinking. Stop filtering yourself just to make others comfortable.

Cause you will be too much for some and not enough for others. But you know something, not everyone is meant to stay. Some people are lessons and some people are distractions, and some people are just passing through, just like seasons.
