Sony Finally Reveals the PlayStation 5 Along With Upcoming Games

We celebrate the 12-year anniversary of Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots for the PS3, which is the 15th game released for the Metal Gear series and which is considered to be one of the best PS3 games of all time, the eight-year anniversary of Lollipop Chainsaw for the PS3 and Xbox 360, and the two-year anniversary of Fortnite for the Nintendo Switch.

Sony Finally Reveals the PlayStation 5 Along With Upcoming Games
Over 6.5 years after the release of the PS4, Sony has finally shown off the PlayStation 5 console with a bold and futuristic design. The PS5 will come in both a Digital (no disc) and Standard edition, and will feature a processor and graphics card from AMD, as well as an SSD. Along with the long-awaited console announcement, Sony also revealed that Horizon: Forbidden West, Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Gran Turismo 7 and Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart would be titles released for the PS5.

The Last of Us Part II - Review Round Up
The hype for The Last of Us Part II is mounting, as the game is set to launch in exactly one week from today. Huge reviewers have given a lot of great praise. The standard version of the game will be $59.99, while the digital deluxe version has a $10 higher price tag. The aggregated score from OpenCritic is an average of 95/100 and the aggregated score from MetaCritic is an average of 96/100. Here is a shortlist of some of the reviews:

  • Game Revolution: 3.5/5
Game Revolution had the lowest score stating in their review, 'The first half's semi-aimless and methodical pacing drags in its latter half as it bites off more story than it can comfortably chew and then spends too many hours trying to flesh out each one of its many beats.'
