Can you please share a cool Kotlin Coroutines tip with us?

"Kotlin Coroutines are very easy to start, and they are also quite safe.
You can start a coroutine using GlobalScope and launch:

And that's it! You have a background-bound thread waiting for you to execute some work off of the main thread.

You can also nest coroutines, as you have access to the CoroutineScope within the launch block:

This way, you can easily switch from one thread to another. And when the scope is canceled, the coroutines will move to cancellation, as well!"

"Don't overwhelm yourself by going through all the Coroutines documentation covering every single function. Coroutines are easy to learn if you take it one small step at a time. But if you start out diving deep and trying to learn everything in one go, you might get confused.

The topic itself isn’t confusing: Coroutines are simply several components that are glued together. Once you learn a bit about each of the components, you'll easily understand the whole thing, and you’ll be ready to dive into the intricacies of the internal API!"
