Top 3 potential venture scale products from Product Hunt last week
Clash - Clash is building the first Creator-Founded social network, empowering short form video creators through innovative monetization options, inclusive communities, and fun, creator inspired features
The creator market is on a tear, and it feels like so much VC attention is going into the Passion/Creator economy.
There aren’t any social networks currently built focused on creator monetization w/ their fans. If they can replicate features of these apps while bring in revenue to its users, this could explode
As TikTok has its woes in the US, this leaves open room for new players to enter the space at scale and fill the void.
Kiroku- Kiroku is a note-taking app that uses AI to help you complete your dental notes in half the time.
When I go to the dentist, there always seems to be a heavy emphasis on note taking, and this usually is repetitive. Perfect for AI.
This is a very boring market. Which means there aren’t 22 years olds trying to build apps for it left and right. There is likely lower competition.
With the success of Quip, we know that theres is VC appetite for the dental market. It isn’t the same end user but it’s in the same overall market, which could lead VCs to be easier to invest.
Zesture - Control your Music, Movies and Slides with Hand Gestures.
We know the VR/VR evolution is coming, yet we think these will be built with new devices. This shows that we can take a step in that direction with devices you’re currently on.
It’s creating a new behavior, for the better. Changing behavior will be important for society to move to AR. Zesture could be one of the early companies to help pioneer this behavior change
I personally would use this. Being able to change apps or songs im listening to with a gesture allows me to not mess up my current workflow. I think other would agree.
Honorable mentions
Oyper - It’s a plugin that helps users to find items that they can buy during watching youtube video.
Trove - Trove automatically finds you the credit cards that earn you the most rewards based on your unique spending habits.
For everyone
