Self-love > self-doubt

Raise your hand if you’ve ever experienced imposter syndrome — aka the overwhelming feeling that you don’t deserve your success. I know I have, and maybe some of you have, too. Guess what: We’re not alone. In fact, 70% of all people have felt it at some point in their lives, even Jennifer Lopez and Serena Williams.

And although most of us have experienced it, imposter syndrome shows up in different forms. Our new, members-only workshop led by Executive/Career Coach Stephenie Girard explores the different archetypes of imposter syndrome — I’m a perfectionist and a bit of soloist — and provides advice on how to fight that self-doubt when it surfaces.

Become a member to sign up for the workshop and find your archetype. Here’s to less self-doubt and more self-love in 2020.

Air hug,

Alexandra Ramirez, (she/her)
Brand Marketing Director

Have you ever felt like an imposter at work?

We asked our Elle Raisers on Instagram if they’ve ever experienced imposter syndrome at work — and if so, why:

YES 96%

NO 4%

“I’m Black, a woman, and grew up in poverty. Statistically, I shouldn’t be here.”
