In this deep-dive we break-down how to leverage no-code technology to manage & automate a custom, complex project management solution using Airtable, Hubspot and a few other tools.

The solution has been created for a real-life use-case for a startup called Cotta.ge. Cottage is a platform that helps homeowners design, finance and build Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU) in the San Fransisco Bay Area. People build ADU's to generate rental income, create an additional living space, and boost their home equity.

We came up with a solution that covers everything from project management, managing meetings, sending out design surveys, questionnaires, on-site surveys, creating task lists automatically, then generating and sending contracts to the stakeholders. We go deep into the methods we used to automate the steps and workflows using Airtable & Hubspot supported by tools such as Zapier, X.ai, Gmail, Typeform, Slack, and Pandadoc.
