An investment fund came to Makerpad with a disconnected and manual form to contract process. They wanted to automate their funnel as much as possible and decrease the team's repetitive manual tasks.

The fund was keen to use Airtable as a database to store form submissions and open to exploring new signature clients due to their dissatisfaction with their current provider. After exploring the trade-offs of different integrations and tech stacks, the decision came down to two options. Watch the deep-dive intro video to see what the options were.

You can organize tasks, track time, and produce reports and timesheets whenever you wish. However it is far from done and will grow to cover more essential needs for the type of people that would use it. We are looking for early users that would be willing to take part in one-on-one feedback sessions"

Onboarding Process in Zapier created by Connor Finlayson. "I've made a video breaking down my freelancer on-boarding process for Unicorn Factory inside of Zapier. I go over the three stages of the on-boarding journey: before the freelancer is approved, after approval and when they are published. I use Webflow, Airtable and Zapier to power Unicorn Factory, so if anyone is using a similar step you might find this useful."

Building Websites on Notion created by Romy Misra. "I've created a basics video on Notion, not using it as a productivity tool but as the easiest website builder!"
