360Learning - Netflix and...learn?

It’s the end of a long, stressful week. 

Finally, time to unwind and relax! 

You microwave your popcorn (or yesterday’s turkey), pour a glass of wine, and settle in on the couch to turn on ... a tutorial on video editing?

Seems unlikely, right?

Once a week or so, we hear of another Netflix for Learning initiative, from another #LXP vendor or an L&D team. 

There's just one, tiny problem. It doesn't work.

There are better ways to change the way your teams feel about L&D. With better alignment, better processes, or more collaborative tools.
