360Learning - 6 days into 2021

A lot of people, myself included, celebrated the end of 2020 in the hopes that 2021 will bring a fresh start, free of COVID19 restrictions, lockdowns, and all the madness that made up 2020.

6 days into 2021, mayhem at the US Capitol.

And while we’re transfixed by the spectacle of the Capitol under siege, the coronavirus continued to sweep across the United States and the rest of the world.

If 2020 has taught us anything, it is that we can’t move forward as a divided country.

That’s true for politics, for fighting COVID19, or for any business challenges.

For the new year, whether we’re evaluating a new learning platform for our team; revamping our learning process, framework, models, and vocabulary;
or looking for a more cost-effective way to scale our onboarding and training; we’ll need more collaboration and solidarity.

The only way forward is together.
