Hi there! Thanks, y’all, for the smorgasbord of vegan recipes and for sharing your 2021 resolutions and anti-resolutions with me. I know the past few days have been upsetting for all of us—I’m hoping today’s Sidekick edition can take your mind off the heavy stuff for just a few minutes.

As promised, here are a few of your resolutions: focusing on loving myself, knitting a sweater, flowing through a sun salutation every morning, fasting from social media one day a week, and the most relatable one: eating dinner at the table instead of on the couch in front of the TV.
