How do you work with implicit animations in your own Flutter projects?

"Creating animations can be a daunting task at times, but the beauty of implicit animations lies in its simplicity. Most of the management and setup has been done for you behind the scenes, so different types of animations can be created using less code.

So personally, whenever I want to create an animation for an app, I first try to see if it can be done with an implicit animated widget. Plus, creating custom implicit animations is also possible with the TweenAnimationBuilder, which we will be covering in this course."

Can you please share a cool implicit animations tip with us?

"Adding animations with implicit animated widgets are super simple. This is because many in-built widget have their implicit animated versions so all you have to do is make some small changes and your widget will animate. Take this code for example:

Container(
                        
  width: size,
                        
  height: size,
                        
),

The width and height changes based on the size variable, and this change is triggered by a call to setState. Now, to create a smooth animation, all you have to do is to update the code to the following:

AnimatedContainer(
                        
  duration: const Duration(seconds: 1),
                        
  width: size,
                        
  height: size,
                        
),

It's just that simple: You change the Container to an AnimatedContainer, which is the implicit animated version of a Container, and then you add a duration to specify the length of the animation. This simple change animates the widget."

Is there anything else we should know about your implicit animations course?

"Implicit animations won't solve all your animation needs, but in this course you'll dive deep to learn some guidelines about when it's best to use implicit animations, and you'll also see how the animations used adhere to these guidelines."
