The Conversation - We’re here for the curious

A reader recently wrote me with what I find to be a perfect description for The Conversation’s work: articles for the curious.That really sums up what we do. We think our readers are a special audience who appreciate the care we take to have experts in their fields explain and give context to the world around us.

Sometimes it’s making sense of the political news of the day, such as explaining congressional inaction on gun control. Sometimes it’s explaining the historical context of artists confronting issues of rape, decades before #MeToo.
