šŸ‘‹ Friends, how are you doing this week?
I hope youā€™ve had a great week. Mine has been a little all over the place, if Iā€™m honest, and I struggled to write an issue this week. In fact, Iā€™m writing this one on the day of release, which I donā€™t normally do. Hopefully, you wonā€™t be able to tell either way. šŸ˜‚

Twitter Spaces
Twitter has released something called ā€œTwitter Spacesā€, which is very similar to Clubhouse. However, in my opinion, itā€™s much better than the Clubhouse app. Iā€™ve been joining a lot of Spaces to listen to what others have to say. I have also entered to speak, which has been nerve-wracking and spikes my anxiety (Iā€™m sweating).
However, itā€™s been amazing to connect with other people and talk to people I have never spoken to before. I can offer my advice and share my stories while hearing other peopleā€™s. Iā€™m trying to challenge my anxiety and stop it from getting ahold of me, and Twitter Spaces has helped with this.
Mental Health
One topic a lot of Spaces has been talking about this week is mental health. My readers, friends and family know I suffer from terrible mental health, which I am trying to beat. Thereā€™s the usual advice like exercise well, take breaks and find time for yourself. It was nice to hear others share their experiences and learn how they dealt with their issues. I have yet to share my personal experience and how Iā€™ve dealt with them in these Spaces. However, once Iā€™ve found the right time and Iā€™m in a better place to do so, I will share as much as I can.
What have you done to help your own mental health?
You can share your personal stories if you wish by replying to this email. Otherwise, maybe you can tell yourself and write it down somewhere to help yourself in the future.
I hope you enjoyed this issue, and if you want to give feedback, you can click on the buttons below.
Things I'm learning
This week, I have been learning all about Flutter and the Dart language. Google created both the framework and language, and it offers a way to develop multi-platform apps.
It isnā€™t easy to get into, but I have found some great articles and channels you might find interesting below.
Flutter - Beautiful native apps in record time
Reso Coder
Fireship
See you next week!
Thatā€™s all for this issue. If you enjoyed it then you know what to do. If you would like to share anything, then you can reply to this email and it will go straight to my inbox.
I hope you have a great rest of the week!
