Whether you’re setting a personal goal for yourself that only you know about, or you’re competing publically among the very best, there’s nothing more satisfying than knowing you’ve done a little better than you thought you would.

That’s definitely how we feel about being selected as an honoree in this year’s Webby Awards for #OnboardingJoei. We’d like to thank YOU, our viewers! This was a huge team effort and we couldn’t have done it without our fans.

But it wasn’t always easy. We had to make the series work, even when we couldn’t be in the office in-person and had to onboard our new hires virtually. Each one of us had to step up and embrace a new role. As a team, we had to deliver, on time, every week.

It just goes to show that, with collaboration, ambitious expectations, and a little ingenuity, you can achieve more than you thought possible.
