💰 Growing a luggage storage startup to $15k/mo. By partnering with local businesses, Bounce provides +1,000 locations to store their customer's luggages, while providing their partners an additional revenue stream.

I really like this interview. I think there are a lot of businesses to be built in what's generally called "The Sharing Economy" (being Airbnb its greatest exponent) and I like how Bounce was able to beat COVID, which hit really hard their industry. Here's their pivoting and growth story.​

🛠 Bootstrapping a swag creation company to 8 figures in sales. Started from Michael's mom's house, SwagUp has already provided +2,500 individuals and companies with "swag packages".

🎨 From meeting on Tinder to building a designers marketplace. That's the story of Roman and Stacy, the founders of Awesomic. Despite the startup is quite new, they are already working with 27 designers and delivering +2,000 tasks per year.

what I'm reading 👀

​7 secrets from growing Lemlist to $4M/year in 3 years. Exactly 1 year and 2 months ago, we interviewed Lemlist's founder, Guillaume, and they were at $1M/y. It's amazing to see how they x4 their revenue so fast!

​This startup founder was almost killed by stress. I seriously recommend you to read his story. Being hospitalized was his "wake up call". Since then, he has shut down his previous startup, started a lifestyle business and became a digital nomad.

​The internet, as the "great online game". An interesting article that aims to analyze the internet as a game and the space of crypto as the in-game currency.
