Why should I take your course on OkHttp interceptors?

"Networking is a crucial part of most apps. Certain things are fairly simple to implement when there are only a few API calls. But as the number of API requests grows, it can lead to a lot of code duplication. It's all too easy to forget to add things you need when adding a new call to the codebase.

OkHttp Interceptors can automate many of the operations that you perform on the API calls. They decouple a lot of the logic from the individual APIs call and make your networking code cleaner."

How do you use interceptors in your own projects?

"I've implemented a debug menu in my company's app which lets testers switch between different remote environments. OkHttp interceptors made it simple to modify the API endpoints on the fly without having to create different APKs for different endpoints."

Can you please share a cool OkHttp interceptor tip with us?

"Quite often, we have to create apps where the user needs to be logged out if the server returns a 401 response code. In such cases, you can use an Interceptor as follows:

If the response code for any request is 401, you simply log the user out. You'll save a lot of time by not having to manually apply this check for all API requests."
