First, thank you to GoodNotes for sponsoring appcoda.com this week. They are looking for multiple senior iOS mobile application engineers to join their core mobile team. The position is remote friendly and they also offer relocation support if it’s required. You can check out the details here.
This week, we continue to explore some new features of iOS 15 and SwiftUI. When building apps, it’s very likely you need to download images from remote servers. In iOS 15, Apple introduced a new view called AsyncImage allowing you to load a remote image asynchronously. We’ve written up a tutorial to show you how to work with this new view.
As always, enjoy all the great tutorials we collected for you. Keep learning and grow together!
Talk soon,
Simon
