We're wondering if in-person training is over. Employees were barely hanging in there for lecture-style learning as it was. Then COVID hit, and everyone got used to working remotely, learning via webinar instead of seminar, and scrolling through eLearning modules instead of nodding off to PowerPoint projections. Now that offices are slowly opening up, we’re seriously wondering if L&D programs will go back to the way they were.
