Victoria Beckham Revealed The Lucky Dress She Keeps In Her Closet

The fashion internet broke last night with news of the return of designer Phoebe Philo; this time, with her own namesake brand, and most importantly, on her own terms. Phoebe fans rejoice and read up on the details of the return of former Celine artistic director who’s been on a three year hiatus and gained a cult-like following during her tenure.
