How do you sell your niche site for a 42x multiple?

As Rasel Shehwar explains in this interview on the blog, it takes a lot of planning and goal setting.

Rasel shares how he spent a big chunk of time choosing the right niche for him and planning out how he would execute his strategy.

He shares the keyword research process he used to have the site rank reasonably quickly - all without any link building!

You can see here how much traffic the site was getting while only being DR1. Pretty impressive.

There were also a couple of things he would have done differently. For example, he had not run display ads on the site, which might have been a quick and easy way to get earnings up before the sale.

Ultimately though, he was very happy with the price he sold it for and energized by that great 42x multiple!

When asked if there were any surprises when selling his site, he said:

“I thought I would get 30 to 32x, but I ended up getting around 42x of my last three months’ income. It was the best thing that has happened to me in my life.”

The Motion Invest Success Rate And NEW Listings

A couple of days ago someone asked in the Niche Pursuits Facebook Group what Motion Invest’s sale success rate is.

As you can see in my response, 92% of sites listed with Motion Invest are selling! If you wanted to check out the blog post with some of Motion Invest’s numbers, you can do so here.

In last Friday’s email, I featured a dog niche website that had made $25,000 from Amazon just last month alone. That site sold during the week, but we’ve had a bunch of new listings.

Here are the NEW niches and their average earnings over the last 6 months:
