Since launching AD PRO, our goal has been to deliver the news and features that you, our community of design professionals, told us you want. This week, I’m proud to share that we have launched AD PRO’s first online education course, Acquiring, Managing, and Retaining Your Ideal Client. In it, you will learn marketing strategies to help attract potential clients, factors to consider when vetting them, and methods for minimizing conflict and mastering productive communication. The end goal? Developing a productive rapport that will help retain ideal clients and set you on the path to growing and maintaining a successful design business—all while earning a Continuing Education Unit (CEU).
