Is The Type Of Device Traffic Important To You?

On Friday I asked the Niche Pursuit’s Facebook Group ‘How important is the type of device traffic to your site to you?’

Own The Yard gets 70% of its traffic from mobile, while for Niche Pursuits it’s the other way around.

We had a few good responses from the group, including Christopher who shared that while he mostly gets mobile traffic, it’s the desktop traffic that converts better - especially for higher-priced affiliate offers.

Heidi shared that that desktop ads pay more than mobile ads on her site, so she is trying to think of keywords that people are more likely to search for on desktop. Bobby replied that it was the same with his site, almost 9x the RPMs on desktop over mobile!
