Big Idea: The riches are in niches. It's difficult to make a living with content aimed at a general audience. Focused content designed to get people buy is a solid business model.

Big Idea: There is no secret here. Become an active and valuable member of the tribe you want to reach.

1. Locate the tribal leaders
2. Identify the members surrounding the tribal leaders
3. Befriend with tribe members

5. Establish your reputation in this tribe
6. Guess what, you've not just found your target audience, you're growing an audience by first becoming an audience

Big Idea: Artificial Intelligence writing tools are here and they are getting better very quickly. It won't be long until search results are dominated by AI-generated content.

Ryan Law offers some ideas on how to compete.

Clear strategy to grow your Twitter followers.

1. Find 3-5 Twitter accounts you admire AND their audience is your target audience.

2. Look through their latest tweets and follow at least 80 of the people who engaged with those tweets. P.S. don't follow anyone with >600 followers. They won't notice you.
