This pocket-sized SSD also has a handy carabiner loop and fast transfer speeds that can move files via USB-C or USB-3.2.

The Acer Swift 3 is a great ultrabook for the price. It's compact and has a substantial 10.5-hour battery, but doesn't include a USB-C charger. It also comes with bloatware that you should remove. That being said, we didn't find any deal-breaking flaws and still think it hits the mark in terms of weight, battery life, and overall performance.

The WD My Book is our favorite external desktop hard drive for people who spend most of their time at a desk. It’s cheaper than the competition, but still retains all of the reliability and speed of a more expensive drive. Though all the desktop drives we tested offered similar performance, this one's larger storage capacity combined with a three-year warranty ultimately set the My Book on top.
