The Language Of Trust: Decoding Product Protection Purchasing Behaviors

In the digital age, merchants are led to believe that customers can be acquired through a simple blend of multichannel outreach and UI/UX experimentation. But what our research has found is that precise language remains a key differentiator between the brands that are growing and those that are fighting a losing CAC battle.

By partnering with PYMNTS, we were able to survey 2,519 U.S. consumers between July 29 and Aug. 8. Consumer responses were then blended with other economic data to produce a comprehensive report.
