November 29, 2021

You probably own a Roku, right? If not a streaming stick, maybe a Roku TV from TCL or any other manufacturers that make them. And can we be honest for a second? The remote that comes with many Roku sets just isn’t very good. It’s not the worst, mind you, but it could certainly be better.

And we know that because Cory bought the optional Roku Voice Remote, and he discovered it’s a much better experience. You might already have one, just look for a microphone button on your remote, but if you don’t, you should check out the top story to see why you should buy one.

Other Highlights:

  • Thanksgiving is over, which means Christmas is coming. We put together the best gifts you can buy for the movie fans in your life.
  • The Fairphone 2 is getting a new lease on life and a newer version of Android. Which makes Fairphone better at updating Android than Google.
  • Twinkly makes excellent Christmas lights, and now it will add support for Homekit. Awesome!
  • …and more!
