One of the first NFTs we ever launched was the Cryptowriter Membership Card.

The concept was simple:

1. Identify and reward our most-valued community members with the Cryptowriter Membership Card.

2. Airdrop dope NFTs and original artwork from the Behind the Pixel feature to those holding the card.

3. Membership cardholders would in turn help promote the artists behind the artwork as well as our brand.

This quickly proved to be a winning formula. Membership Cards increased in value, artists felt the love from the community, and thanks to the incentive structure, the Writer brand grew substantially.

Evolve or die

While many in our community (including us), cherish the Cryptowriter Membership card, it became increasingly obvious that the card could be so much more, especially if we built and attached it to a powerful new brand. Enter UNDRGRND.

If you haven’t heard, we recently launched a new NFT art brand and publication called UNDRGRND. You can read the story behind UNDRGRND HERE.

UNDRGRND is focused on shining a spotlight on awesome and often undiscovered NFT artists, as well as creating high-level content surrounding the NFT art space. Tied to the brand is the UNDRGND Card, which similar to the Cryptowriter Membership Card, will receive airdrops of original artwork from the artists we feature. Just burn it!

Everyone who currently holds the Cryptowriter Membership Card on EOS and WAX, has the option to burn the card to automatically receive their shiny new UNDRGRND Card. We realize for some this might be difficult. Burning is optional, but all future airdrops will go to the UNDRGRND Card.

How to burn

If you have any experience burning FinneyCoins you know the drill.

1. Login to AtomicHub

2. Go to your inventory

3. Find the Cryptowriter Membership Card

4. Select the “More” option.

5. Click “Burn”

6. Approve and then sign the transaction.
