There’s Still Time to Apply for the Literary Arts Emergency Fund

Nonprofit literary arts organizations and publishers experiencing continued financial losses due to COVID-19 can still apply to the Literary Arts Emergency Fund, which will provide unrestricted grants ranging from $5,000 to $50,000 in 2022. Applications are being accepted online until Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at 11:59 p.m. EST
Apply for the 2022 Academy of American Poets Laureate Fellowships

The Academy of American Poets Laureate Fellowships are $50,000 awards given to honor poets of literary merit appointed to serve in civic positions. The awards enable them to undertake meaningful, impactful, and innovative projects that engage their fellow residents, including youth, with poetry, helping to address issues important to their communities, as well as create new work. We are accepting applications for the 2022 fellowships from December 6, 2021 until February 18, 2022, at 11:59 p.m. EST. Find out more here.

Apply for the 2022 Ambroggio Prize

The Ambroggio Prize is a $1,000 publication prize given for a book-length poetry manuscript originally written in Spanish and with an English translation. The winning manuscript is published by University of Arizona Press. The 2022 Ambroggio Prize will be judged by Raina J. León. Learn more and apply here

University of Kentucky in Lexington is seeking a full-time, tenure track Assistant Professor of English to begin teaching August 2022.

Ilya Kaminsky Recommends a Poem
