If you missed last Thursday's newsletter, you can read it here.
If you'd like to see more guest spots from the talented and entertaining Mr. Patey, hit reply and let us know.
In this issue:

From the snippets: NFT rarity dashboard, why you should target niche markets, and a new strategy from Yieldstreet.
As always, thanks for being here.
Investing in Space
Space technology isn't all about building d**k-shaped rockets and selling rideshares to billionaire adventurers.
Innovation in space exploration requires a heap of funding across a myriad industry subsectors. We're talking about things like GeoSpatial data collection, gas storage systems, and materials that shield spacecraft from radiation.
According to Morgan Stanley, the global space industry could generate more than $1 trillion in revenue in 2040, up from $350 billion currently, but investing in space has been viewed as the domain of the super wealthy.
Spaced Ventures' mission is to make the industry accessible to companies and investors of all sizes.
Their crowdfunded investment platform allows regular people to commit as little as $100 to become involved in the growing space economy.
The company offers founders the opportunity to raise funds and receive direct access to advice from space industry experts and talent.
For a handy reference to the companies currently involved in space technology, Spaced Ventures put together this roundup of space businesses which you can sort by sector and funding stage.
If you want access to the live offers, you'll need to sign up on their site (free).
Note: Currently, anyone who is over 18 years of age and a resident of the United States of America can invest in companies through Spaced Ventures.
Browser History Meets Bookmarks
Tablerone is not the first or maybe even the best solution to managing your tabs, but it does offer a unique solution.
The company describes itself as an "all-in-one tab session manager for Chrome."
It provides what you’d expect from a tab manager:
- Save tabs in multiple ways
- Organise bookmarks with tags and notes
- Switch workspaces and continue sessions
- Restore crashed and accidentally closed tabs
Plus a few less-common things:
- Find bookmarks with screenshot preview
- Copy multiple URLs and metadata
- Share multiple links with one link
Keeping track of our research for this newsletter comes with a particular set of headaches, like sorting topics and keeping track of links.
Those are only two of the reasons that we'll take this tool for a test drive.
You'll see all the details on their homepage or simply download the Chrome extension now.
Miscellaneous info: They are seeking investment via an application to their Discord server.

👉 Always complete due diligence on the history of a domain name before buying. It could be a stolen asset.
George Kirikos shared a warning to keep an eye out for domain names that could have been stolen due to a recently found vulnerability:
👉 Any domain name listed on a marketplace for an attractive or unbelievably good price should raise a red flag.
Raymond Hackney stresses the importance of doing some basic research first, the potential problem with refunds, and the danger of getting your account cancelled.
👉 Nat Cohen offers solid advice in this Twitter thread to illustrate why price consistency can be helpful to domain investors.
The Millennial Conundrum
1 in 5 American millennials believe they will never own a home.
That's a big chunk of the population that expects to never cut off their slice of the American Dream.
And it’s a sense of pessimism that is on the rise. Just one year earlier, only 12% of millennials held this same belief.
In this short post, Evan Cohen explores how Millennial’s real estate investments are changing and covers 4 alternatives to help you get a foot in the door. (Yes, we noticed the pun).

🔷 From $30 to $50 million: A recently rediscovered drawing by Albrecht Durer is expected to reach over $50 million when it goes to auction. Had Clifford Schorer not been running late for a friend’s retirement party, he would never have stumbled across a 500-year-old masterpiece drawing that has the art world aflutter. ( A little luck never hurts).
🔷 Target niche markets: The founder of Gizmodo told Aaron Dinin why he thinks entrepreneurs should target niche markets. Targeting a huge market has the advantage of giving your startup lots of potential customers, but the size and value of a large market also creates plenty of competitors. Don’t get seduced into thinking the only types of successful businesses are businesses with products everyone in the world would want to use.
🔷 Trends that will impact small businesses: Startup Nation outlines 5 trends to help you spot opportunities for your business while others are still struggling to adapt to change. You'll find information on the impact of sustainability (ESG , the digital privacy revolution, remote software, and more.

🔷 Michael Jordan jumps into Web3: The NBA legend and his son Jeffrey Jordan are launching a fan engagement platform built on the Solana blockchain.
