Sometimes taking a leap of faith is important in life. I left journalism more than 13 years ago, but journalism never really left me.

I've been trying to get something started for a while now that uses the skills I learned in college and in the real world, as a journalist, to bring about something great. Is Marketing Junto that thing? I'm not quite sure, but here's hoping!

Right now the goal is to publish weekly (though sometimes I might throw in an extra) and get enough paying subscribers to support not only the publication, but provide at minimum a small stipend to our writers to help offset the cost to produce what we write and create.

Not My Only Rodeo

In addition to Marketing Junto, I have two other endeavors that are separate from my day job, Goldstein MediaEntrepreneurs Enigma and Digital Marketing Dive.

I host and produce both podcasts. They are labors of love. Recently, they've been picked up by the Marketing Podcast Network run by Jason Falls. So even though they aren't producing much ad revenue, there's some.
