ON THE BLOG I have a big post about how to use Redis from Node.js

Redis is a very peculiar database but it's also much more than just a database. It can be really handy in some kinds of applications, with some features that are unique to it.

In this post I describe how to import the `redis` npm package and how to use it to connect to a Redis database, how to store and retrieve key values, how to work with lists, sets, hashes and subscriptions.

I also wrote about why I stopped publishing daily blog posts and switched to a weekly schedule.
