Read in Browser

February 19, 2022

Chances are, if you bought a car in the past few years, it might have optional Wi-Fi for internet on the go. And if you’re getting ready to buy a car, it will certainly be an option. You can even add car internet to your existing vehicle if you want to.

But is car Wi-Fi worth the monthly subscription? Do you need internet in your vehicle at all? The answer might surprise you, and we’ll get into it in the top story.

Other Highlights:

  • Eric took a look at the new Wyze Scale S, and it’s surprisingly good for a shockingly low price.
Bad news for Windows users: Windows 11 Pro will soon require Microsoft accounts.
  • The latest Tesla in-car dash experience is questionable at best. A fan tried to improve upon it, and let’s just say Elon Musk did not show appreciation.
  • …and more!

Tesla’s long-awaited Holiday 2021 update enabled a ton of new features, including a blind spot camera.
