Seattle’s newest VC is on a mission to shake up the industry: Tina ​​Hoang-To (above) is the co-founder of Kin Ventures, a 4-month-old venture capital firm that’s targeting $100 million for its first fund. Hoang-To, who recently left the Bay Area for Seattle, strikes a much different pose than the stereotypical venture capitalist.
