📂 Your invite to the Swipe Files ✨ Talent Collective ✨

I'm excited to officially unveil the Swipe Files Talent Collective — A matchmaking service to make intros between top marketing talent and companies hiring marketers.

If you're a marketer...

Whether you're looking for a new role today or open to new opportunities months down the road, the Talent Collective allows you to receive curated intro requests from companies I've personally vetted.

You can expect to hear from startups and scaleups alike... Ahrefs, Coinbase, Datadog, Retool, Stripe, Robinhood, and more.

I go through all the applications and only let in a small portion to keep the quality of talent high.

If you do join the collective, you can choose to remain anonymous or blast out your details, whichever you're most comfortable with.

In any case, my promise is a job search experience without the noise and completely on your terms.

The talent collective is designed to be a resource for you when you want it and doesn't bother you when you don't: easily toggle your work status from "open to work" to "closed to conversations."

You get to accept intros only from the companies you truly want to talk to. The power is yours!

If you’re interested, submit your application here →

If you're looking to hire a marketer...

You basically know how it works by the details above, but I'll reframe how it works on your end:

  1. Apply to hire from the Talent Collective
  2. Get access to a curated, vetted, constantly updated pool of qualified candidates
  3. Request intros to marketers
  4. If a marketer accepts, you'll be personally matched to start the interview process
  5. You only pay a small fee if you successfully hire someone you found from the Talent Collective (one-time 5% first year salary fee)

It's a win-win-win.

You'll be able to request intros with new marketers every time we host a "drop" which happens every other month or so. So you'll want to stick around to always have access when you need to make your next hire.

If you want intros to top marketing talent, apply here →

I'd love to help you find your next great marketing hire. 🤝

That's it for now.

Happy hiring!
