Andrew is currently at Tinder as a Senior Product Manager, product lead for the Quantitative Tools team which builds Tinder's experimentation platform and related tools for causal inference. Andrew is passionate about leveraging data to optimize all aspects of a business including user acquisition, product, and operations. He has domain experience in social/mobile games, online marketing, and consumer web. His expertise is in A/B testing and transforming companies into data-driven organizations.
