'You are cheeky enough' - Jurgen Klopp hits back over Pep Guardiola and Liverpool future question

Klopp was asked about comments made by Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola before Sunday's 2-2 draw where he appeared to suggest he would like to remain at the Etihad for the remainder of his career.

The Liverpool manager was asked if he has a similar sentiment for his tenure at Anfield but refused to commit, saying Guardiola's situation has nothing to do with his own on Merseyside.

"What has my future to do with Pep's?" he added. "I saw it because I prepared for the game and Pep said he could stay there forever, but he won't. You are cheeky enough to pick out the one phrase that he says he'll stay there forever. I am really not sure if that is too cool. It's nothing to do with me."
