To engage candidates, you need to tell them something they don’t already know. “We’re hiring!” - Well, yeah, you’re sharing a job. “Exciting opportunity…” - Okay, sure, but you’re not going to say it’s a dull one. “Great culture!” - Everyone says that. These phrases take up valuable attention real estate. Instead, give a peek behind the scenes. Share a real project or a specific tradition on your team with a link to the job. Something new to them!
