Spotted in our garden this week are pictures from The Bloom's very first in person gathering 🌱 Over 40 of us came together for intimate networking, plant potting, & thoughtful conversations.

Questions going forward: Given that most of The Bloom's community is dispersed around the word, how can we create a similar intimate & welcoming atmosphere with our digital gatherings? What kind of structure would be the most helpful in helping us converse, listen, & connect with one another more regularly? I would love your support in reflecting on the questions💜
