Jen “Odd” Glantz here! Here’s something I might not have told you ever before:

In college, I majored in poetry. Yes, poetry.

You’re probably wondering what I was thinking back then, but it doesn’t matter.

I was able to get a long list of jobs that had nothing to do with my degree, start my own business (without any bizz experience), write 3 books, start a podcast, and go off and work for myself (for the past 7 years).

My degree didn’t matter but what mattered were all the other things I did that helped compliment my skills and prove to employers that I was way more than what I studied when I was 18.

Listen closely to this:

We are way more than JUST our job experiences, degrees, and what is on our resume.

So if you’re someone who wants a new career, a new side hustle, a new hobby, or a new skillset, you can make that happen.

The first step might be as simple as taking a course or getting an online certification.
