The concept of a flyhweel was popularised by Jim Collins in his book Good To Great.

He states that flywheels are hard to turn, but when they get turning... it's hard to stop them.

This is what we need to do for your SaaS/agency, but with content/seo/social.

Here is an example:

1. You post a blog post to your site
2. You post out a super valuable insight to your Linkedin profile
3. It gets engagement, traffic and then a reader links to your blog post from their domain
4. This increases organic traffic on the blog post
5. Repeat

Now the first 10-20 times you turn this flywheel, the numbers may not be that great... but if you do this 100 times, and ensure you content improves with every turn... this flywheel will start to pwoer your business.

And you will no longer need to rely on paid spend ;)

I've been running varations of this flywheel since I started out in the online business game in 2014.

And now I'm going to share EVERYTHING we are doing as we build this for Fame:

What team members you need (in hose or freelance?)
Which channels to leverage
What to create content about
How to create said content
How to promote this content
How to collab with other players in your niche
And much more...

A little background...

Fame is a b2b podcast agency with approx. 33 clients, $70k MRR and a team of 20-25.

To date, we have grown to this size in 2.5 years through referrals, word of mouth and Google Ads... it's time to build out the next channel to speed up growth.

It's the perfect time to start turning the flywheel.
