LiveScore - City & Milan closing in on titles 🏆
The end of the Premier League season looms near and it's still all to play for on the penultimate weekend.
Manchester City are within touching distance of their fourth title in five years ahead of their trip on Sunday to East London. The Citizens haven't lost to West Ham in their last 12 league meetings, winning 10 of those games, and a win will take them five points clear of Liverpool at the top.
After their FA Cup final with Chelsea tomorrow, Liverpool travel to Southampton on Tuesday. The Reds know they need a big win to close the goal difference gap with City. They have won eight of their last nine meetings with the Saints.
Tottenham host relegation strugglers Burnley after earning bragging rights in the North London derby. Should Spurs beat the Clarets, they will pile the pressure on Arsenal. The Gunners will look to get back to winning ways when they travel to Newcastle on Monday night.
Leeds are staring relegation in the face after a turbulent few weeks against some tough opposition. They face another tough test as against Brighton, who they've lost eight of their last 10 league matches against.
Everton have turned their fortunes around in the last six games, picking up 11 points. They host a Brentford side who won the reverse fixture 1-0 and have won six of their last nine games.
Elsewhere, Aston Villa face Crystal Palace in a game that may decide who finishes in the top half, relegated Watford host Leicester, and Norwich travel to Wolves.
With just two games left of the season, the race for the Scudetto is still not over but it could be decided this weekend.
AC Milan will be crowned Serie A champions — for the first time in 11 years — should they beat Atalanta and arch-rivals Inter fail to beat Cagliari.
Milan know that a win will pile the pressure on Inter, who kick-off immediately afterwards. This will be no easy feat however. Atalanta's recent away record against the Rossoneri is remarkable — undefeated in the last seven, winning three and drawing four.
Inter will fancy their chances against relegation strugglers Cagliari. The Nerazzurri have won eight of the last 10 meetings between the sides, including a 4-0 win in the reverse fixture, which will give them plenty of confidence.
At the bottom of the table, a win for Salernitana against Empoli means that Venezia will be relegated before they even kick a ball this weekend. Sampdoria can also secure their top-flight status with a win against Fiorentina.
Champions Real Madrid could have a considerable say in the relegation fight this weekend.
Cadiz, who currently sit two points above the bottom three, host Real on Sunday. A loss to the champions — coupled with Mallorca beating Rayo Vallecano — means they would find themselves starting the final day of the season in the drop zone.
The Andalucians held Los Blancos to a 0-0 draw in December and another determined display would see them earn another precious point in the survival scrap.
Barcelona will guarantee second place by beating Getafe, who will find themselves mathematically safe if they manage to pick up a point. The Catalan giants will be favourites after winning four out of their last five.
Villarreal and Real Sociedad meet in an enticing encounter which could determine who qualifies for the Europa League next season.
Sociedad currently hold a three point advantage over their hosts, but recent form favours a Villarreal victory.
Elsewhere, Sevilla travel to Atletico Madrid knowing a point will secure their place in the Champions League next season and Levante host Deportivo Alaves in a battle at the bottom of the table.
Saturday is the final day of the Bundesliga season and the relegation battle is going down to the wire.
Hertha Berlin travel to Borussia Dortmund knowing a point is all they need to secure their top-flight status — however, they have lost on the final day for the previous five years.
Stuttgart host Cologne knowing a point gives them a chance to play-off for their survival. They can guarantee safety with a win should Hertha lose due to their superior goal difference.
Barring an unfathomable goal swing, RB Leipzig only need a point to secure Champions League football for next season. They travel to relegation strugglers Arminia Bielefeld who need somewhat of a miracle to even reach the relegation play-off.
Freiburg travel to Bayer Leverkusen knowing they need three points and a huge favour from Arminia if they are to leapfrog Leipzig and clinch the final Champions League spot.
Wolfsburg host Bayern, who have yet to record a victory in the league since winning the title. Union Berlin hope to seal European football for next season with a win at home to Bochum.
