Society for Science and Regeneron announced the Grand Awards of the Regeneron ISEF 2022, the World’s largest high school competition in STEM! With nearly $8 Million in awards and scholarships, top prize of $75,000 went to Robert Sansone, 17, for a project that explored high-efficiency alternatives to induction motors.

Robert Sansone, 17, of Fort Pierce, Florida, won first place and received the $75,000 George D. Yancopoulos Innovator Award. Abdullah Al-Ghamdi, 17, of Dammam, Saudi Arabia, and Rishab Jain, 17, of Portland, Oregon, received each the Regeneron Young Scientist Award of $50,000.
ISEF is the Olympics of Science Fairs and you can still visit its virtual showcase and explore over 1,400 projects from 1,700+ student finalists from across the World!
